WELCOME A warm welcome to my site. Thank you for exploring my work. I see life as a journey that begins with a small child walking through time, gathering experiences, ideas, patterns, beliefs, values, thoughts and feelings. We are constantly reviewing our states of mind, judging them, analyzing them, liking them, and disliking them, until we travel on beyond a world we know. We all have histories that are rich with the answers to our problems and challenges, if we can just dig deep enough, and quiet our minds enough to hear our own stories... The different parts of ourselves tell these stories to us through our behavior, thoughts, and emotions. I act as an inner guide to my clients, taking them deep within themselves to a place they know quite well, but forgot about long ago. The journey we take is safe and nurturing, insightful and profound. (In addition, it is cheaper than a trip to St. John!) I have dedicated my career to exploring techniques that help people be who they want to be. I help people get to the source, the root cause of their concerns.
